An essential amino acid involved in the body's production of serotonin. Within this design, tryptophan represents emotional steadiness and the inner foundation that allows us to feel comfortable being ourselves.

Anandamide – Inner Ease

Known as the "bliss molecule," anandamide is a naturally occurring endocannabinoid involved in the body's responses to stress and reward. It represents softness, ease and the freedom to let go of constantly needing to fit in.
