We want you to love your shawl as much as we loved creating it.

Original Molecule Shawls are made with care and intention, using natural fabrics and vibrational designs. Please choose mindfully before purchasing, but know that we’re here to support you if something isn’t quite right.

🌿 Change of Mind

As a small business offering limited-run, wearable wellness items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each shawl is part of a limited collection, and we ask you to order with conscious intention.

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law – Faulty or Damaged Items

In line with Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit.

To request a return due to a fault:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@originalmolecules.com with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo.

  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition (unless otherwise agreed).

📦 Returns Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We will send you return instructions.

  • Please post the item back within 14 days of approval.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🛍️ Exclusions

Due to the nature of wearable wellness products, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Custom or sale items (unless faulty)
